- Identify, analyse and document project requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Work with developers to scope effort/timeline for documented requirements
- Validate the feasibility of business requirements
- Identify and actively pursue business and IT process improvement and re-engineering
- Consult with stakeholders to understand key issues and develop options for review
- Support user acceptance testing and conduct regular documentation reviews
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders and work cohesively with 3rd party vendors as required
- Organise and conduct post implementation reviews
- Provide leadership in Agile delivery methodologies
- Provide improvement opportunities that will lift team performance and ensure smooth transition to operational support
- eCommerce platform experience (HCL Commerce highly desirable) and/or demonstrated ability to work with various Retail Systems
- Understanding of modern development technologies will be desirable alongside experience working within an Agile delivery team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment
- Intermediate Microsoft skills
- Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with suppliers and peers
- Ability to work autonomously
