Our capability allows us to offer turnkey solutions for complex projects and spans every project phase, from design and manufacture to through-life-support, condition monitoring and data analytics, fleet maintenance, operations and comprehensive overhaul of assets, and decommissioningRail and Transit Systems - Cadet Program 2026As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking highly motivated and dedicated 3rd or 4th year students enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree course to join our team.As a Cadet in our 1 Year Program, you will work closely with our experienced teams and gain practical knowledge and experience in various aspects of your discipline. At the completion of your cadetship there will be an opportunity to progress to our 18- Month Fast Track Graduate Program.Your development pathway will consist of:
  • One - year on the job paid program gaining knowledge and experience through working collaboratively with respective discipline managers and leaders
  • One- year full-time or part- time (min 24hrs per week)
  • Stay where you study
  • Training and development through core development training workshops and education programs
  • One-on-one mentoring, networking and buddy support
  • Pathway into Graduate Program and employment opportunities
We have excellent career creating opportunities that will be based in:
  • QLD- Brisbane, Maryborough and Torbanlea
  • NSW- North Ryde, Auburn and Cardiff
  • VIC- Melbourne CBD and Pakenham.
We are seeking the following disciplines:
  • Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
  • Business: Business, Human Resources, Finance, Commercial
  • HSEQ: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality
  • Digital: Data Science and Data Analytics
About you:
  • Australia Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident and or Full Australian work rights.
  • Studying 3rd or 4th year in university in a relevant undergraduate degree in 2025
  • Some relevant industry or internship experience is a positive but not essential.
  • Able and committed to start in January 2026
