Delivering HVAC Construction projects for large Tier 1 builders including John Holland, CPB etc
Manage HVAC Construction Projects end to end inc; Commercial Towers, Hospitals, Education etc
Working on Canberra’s most Iconic HVAC Construction Projects ranging from $20m - $40m (Experience in projects at this value is highly regarded)
Driving meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at every stage of the project delivery lifecycle
Working on Canberra’s most Iconic HVAC Construction Projects ranging from $20m - $30m (Experience in projects at this value is highly regarded)
Manage project costs including cash flow, budget approvals and invoicing

ABOUT YOU

Must have HVAC Project Manager experience 2+ years
Qualified Mechanical / HVAC / Air Engineer Or have extensive experience in HVAC Projects
Exp managing projects valued $10m-$20m+
Experience delivering projects across; Commercial, Education or Hospitals
