We are committed to providing equal opportunity for everyone and welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities, experiences, abilities, and life stage.About the RoleOur Exterior Systems division is at the forefront of delivering high-performance building products, with over 200 projects in play nationally, we're looking for a Project Manager to join our NEAT team and lead the delivery of major strategic capital projects, with a focus on NSW operations.As Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in developing, managing and delivering strategic capital and improvement projects across our manufacturing and operational sites.This position is essential to driving transformational projects that will upgrade manufacturing capability, enhance product quality, and deliver significant productivity improvements through plant optimisation and strategic capital works. You'll manage projects, build business cases, oversee contract development and execution, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to scope.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification, planning, and execution of capital and improvement projects.
  • Develop strategic business cases to secure investment approval for major works.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, WCM, operations) to deliver tangible productivity and quality outcomes.
  • Manage contractors, contracts, and compliance requirements to ensure safe and reliable project execution.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across sites, ensuring projects deliver lasting value.
About YouWe're looking for a driven Project Manager with a strong mix of strategic and hands-on capability. You'll thrive in a technical, engineering-led environment and enjoy working across diverse sites and stakeholders.Ideally you will have:
  • Degree qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in capital project management within heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, O&G, or engineering fabrication.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen – able to build business cases and manage budgets.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (SAP, Primavera, MS Project or similar).
  • A proactive, logical, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to influence at all levels.
