Access theIn the role of Administrative Officer (Costing), you will provide a range of administrative program and project support services to project team members utilising a broad range of software programs and systems while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Basic program/project funding and costing activities
  • Data entry into appropriate departmental database and computer systems
  • Mail, filing and document control activities
  • Word processing

  • Processing progress claims
  • Updating registers
  • Answering enquiries from project managers
  • Processing sales orders
  • Processing project closures.
  • Assisting in the preparation of end of month activities.
  • Assisting with other miscellaneous activities.
