With a collaborative, supportive culture and a strong focus on work-life balance, this is an environment where you’ll feel valued and set up to succeed.What you’ll be doingManage end-to-end complaints: investigate, resolve and respond within required timeframes while maintaining the complaints register.Assist in compliance monitoring and business testing activities.Support the maintenance of the risk management framework and registers.Contribute to Board, Committee and Executive reporting alongside the Chief Risk Officer.Undertake AML transaction monitoring and assist with AML/CTF compliance reporting.Support wider compliance and risk activities across the business as needed.What we’re looking for2–4 years’ experience in superannuation, ideally in complaints, dispute resolution or incidents .Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.Detail-oriented with solid logic and numeracy skills.A collaborative team player who’s adaptable and eager to learn.Good Microsoft Office skills.RG146 Superannuation (or willingness to obtain).Why join?
