- Drive strategic growth, home loan settlements, broker experience and NPS outcomes across the VIC broker channel
- Develop and execute targeted market activation strategies to maximise broker engagement and business opportunities
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalations and complex issue resolution between brokers, aggregators, and internal teams
- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with key aggregators and top-tier broker groups to drive sustainable business growth
- Embed structured operating rhythms, sales disciplines, and performance routines across the team for consistent execution
- Support capability uplift and career development through coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Champion a strong risk culture and ensure compliance with customer service and risk management frameworks
- A deep understanding and exposure to the Mortgage Broker industry
- Extensive sales leadership experience
- Prove experience in attending, facilitating and presenting at networking events
- Proven success in sales coaching and performance uplift
- An existing and credible broker network
- Credit risk management
- Business or Retail Banking experience
