Project Manager – HR/Payroll, Rostering or Finance SystemsLocation: Brisbane CBD | Hybrid (60% on-site, 40% WFH)Contract: to 21st December 2025 + Extensions (2 Year program of work)About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex enterprise application projects within a major corporate technology program. This is a hands-on delivery role overseeing new application builds, upgrades, and enhancements across HR/Payroll, Rostering, or Finance systems. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered to high governance and quality standards using recognised methodologies.Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, delivery, and release management for enterprise systems projects.
Develop business cases and produce PRINCE2/MSP project artefacts.
Drive stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, and benefits realisation.
Mentor and manage multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors.
Oversee monitoring, reporting, and governance compliance.
Contribute to defining technology roadmaps and innovative solutions.

Skills & Experience

7–10+ years’ Project Management experience, including large HR/Payroll, Rostering, or Finance system projects.
Proven success delivering enterprise software projects (SAP S/4HANA, Infor WFM, or similar).
Strong skills in PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, ITIL or SAP Activate methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
Experience in release management and application/technical issue resolution.
Desirable: Complex government or healthcare sector experience.
