Job Role: Team Lead - Technical RecordsJob Description∙Scanning and Digital Migration: Oversee the scanning and sorting of aircraft technicalrecords, ensuring all documents are digitized accurately and efficiently.∙Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on scanned documents to guarantee data integrityand accuracy.∙Project Management: Ensure the team meets project deadlines, maintaining timelines andefficiency in document processing.∙Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members, addressing queries and resolvingissues to foster a collaborative work environment.∙Performance Monitoring: Track and report the quantitative and qualitative achievements ofthe team to management, ensuring alignment with project goals.∙Customer Interaction: Act as an ambassador for flydocs, effectively handling customerqueries and feedback and manage customer quality audit.∙Scanner Maintenance: Responsible for timely maintenance and cleaning of scanningequipment, ensuring optimal image quality.∙Documentation and Archiving: Prepare boxes for archiving in compliance with proceduresand guidelines and assist in creating process maps and guidelines.∙Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance withvisual management standards.Requirements∙Minimum of two years records management administration experience.∙Minimum of two years’ experience of team management.∙Proficient at Microsoft suite [ Excel and Word] /Adobe Acrobat Professional softwareproficiency.∙Good verbal and written communication skills.∙Ability to lift and move archive boxes with reasonable frequency.∙Full time working rights in Australia.
