- Manage a defined territory across independent retail and liquor outlets (IGA, Foodworks, Celebrations, Bottle-O, Thirsty Camel).
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs by growing distribution, securing displays, and driving promotional compliance.
- Average 5 customer calls per day, building in-store visibility, upselling promotions, and executing banner programs.
- Travel within territory, including metro suburbs and fortnightly regional runs (Mansfield, Alexandra/Yea).
- Build effective long-term customer relationships through regular call coverage, reviews, and insights.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, focusing on distribution, depletions, and off-location displays during key periods (e.g. footy finals, summer promotions).
- Uphold safety and wellbeing standards while working autonomously in the field.
- Previous field sales experience in FMCG, ideally across both alcohol and non-alcohol portfolios.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills; confident selling value propositions and driving in-store impact.
- Open to candidates from retail, liquor, or customer-facing roles with transferable skills.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organisational skills, comfortable working independently across a wide territory.
- Resilient, accountable, and proactive - able to adapt quickly and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Current driver's licence required.
