Due to ongoing growth and project demand, we are seeking reliable and motivated Trade Assistants to join our clients on various sites across the Northern and Western suburbs.Position Overview
As a Trade Assistant, you will work closely with tradespeople and site teams to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects. These roles require a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer?

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assisting trades and site personnel with general construction, assembly or civil works
Operating hand and power tools in a safe and competent manner
Preparing and organising materials, tools, and equipment to support daily tasks
Assisting in areas such as concrete works, formwork, earthworks, and site preparation
Operating forklifts where licensed and assist with the unloading and distribution of materials
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards across the worksite

Successful candidates will possess the following:

Previous experience as a Trade Assistant
Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
Current Driver's Licence with reliable transport
White Card (required for Construction & Civil roles)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions
Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labour tasks safely
