- Collaborate with marketing and AMI teams to optimise all existing digital programmes and assets including customer portals, social channels and eDetailing campaigns.
- Support the tactical design and implementation of multi-channel Marketing initiatives to strengthen campaigns
- Manage the lifecycle of content published across all digital platforms
- Lead efforts to strengthen brand team insights through digital listening and analysis of campaign effectiveness and customer portal/websites usage
- Assess and lead development of innovative digital solutions to improve Allergan Aesthetics business processes
- Provide input to (or manage) KPI monitoring; support budget planning for digital activities
- Support ongoing development of digital capability in Australia
- Includes working with Regional Aesthetics and Local AbbVie digital teams to increase competency level across business
- Broad multi-channel experience, ideally with in-depth digital marketing expertise
- Proficient in google analytics and interpreting data and insights to share with cross functional teams
- Experience with Veeva and Sales Force Marketing Cloud preferable
- Experience with AEM and Content Management Systems preferable
- Marketing experience, ideally a diverse blend of healthcare and other industries (consumer, media, digital etc.)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate many small projects at the same time
- Experience with Medical and legal Review process within a pharmaceutical environment preferable
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent (higher degrees or marketing qualifications preferred)
- Effectively manages projects and supports team members to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives
- Develops and nurtures innovation/ lateral thinking, able to develop appropriate solutions to complex problems
- Demonstrates tactical planning skills to achieve strategic objectives
- Takes ownership of work, working with other functions and teams as appropriate
- Effectively communicates and influences all external & internal stakeholders
