Design & Build is working with leading developer builder. The successful applicant will be the first or two finishing foreman on this project that is coming out of the ground. This is a growth position, and you will be joining a terrific Project Manager, Site Manager, and Structural Foreman.Our client has a well-established and supportive senior leadership team, that maintain a hands on and supportive leadership style. Work collaboratively with existing delivery team
Scheduling and management of subcontractors
Potential to work on all aspects of facade, joinery, other finishes and defects.
Ability to read and interpret plans
Understanding and adhering to OHS and Building standards
Daily site reporting Project Team
Requirements
Recent experience working on high-rise residential build projects $30M+
Experienced finishing foreman with 2+ projects completed
Trade background ideal
QBCC licence is an advantage
