You will report to an experienced Finance Manager who prioritises training and building capability, ensuring you are set up for long-term growth within the business.The RoleThis is a role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their skill set and learn payroll. Responsibilities will include:

Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
End-to-end payroll for approximately 250 employees on a fortnightly cycle (training provided).
Processing leave calculations, commission payments, PAYG, FBT, and end-of-month payroll reporting.
Contributing to various ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks as required.

Your BackgroundTo be considered for this Finance Officer role, you will meet the majority of the following criteria:

3+ years of experience in a broad, all-around Accounts Position
Eagerness to learn and develop with the company
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
