Drafting employment contracts and advising on workplace policies & executive contracts.
Representing & advising clients from a diverse range of industries, on issues such as unfair dismissals, anti-discrimination law, and occupational health and safety law.
Acting on industrial relations matters & negotiating disputes with trade unions.

Key Requirements:

1-3 years PQE gained with some of this experience gained in a private practice.
