
Safety Advisor

- Develop and implement effective workplace health and safety procedures.
- Conduct safety incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are actioned.
- Facilitate HSSE meetings to strengthen our safety culture.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training.
- Maintain safety documentation, policies, and compliance systems.
- Accurately report incidents and safety data for leadership review.
- Coordinate and manage Return to Work (RTW) processes in line with legislation.
- Build strong relationships with employees, managers, insurers, and medical professionals to ensure positive RTW outcomes.
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, workers' compensation frameworks, and risk management principles.
- Proven experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining safety policies and SWOPs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
- Experience coordinating RTW programs and supporting injured employees.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar safety role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems.
- Desirable: Certificate IV in WHS, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, or RTW Coordinator Certification.
