If so, let's talk!We are seeking Food and Beverage Supervisors to oversee a variety of culinary venues within our busy tropical resort. The ideal applicants are ready for their next adventure, seeking a permanent role and are motivated to lead.Ideally, you will have strong experience within a restaurant, venue or resort environment and be able to support your team with ongoing training and development. Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, this is a full-time, live on, salary position based on a World Heritage listed island.Skills, Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in Food and Beverage leadership
  • Strong ability to train staff and lead teams
  • Keen understanding of staff progression and ongoing coaching
  • Ability to drive others to achieve team KPI's
  • Valid Queensland RSA certificate with wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Motivated to take ownership of your venue
  • Career progression available for the right candidate
