The position is primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer and security in a very fast paced environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all our customers and stakeholders, you will hold yourself to the highest standard. You will look after Compliance checks - Ensuring all contractors/Visitors have completed required inductions etc via online PortalDuties
- Weighbridge operations
- Greet and direct members of the public.
- Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises (this includes patrols inside buildings at high levels and perimeter patrols)
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
- Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer and client enquiries
- Interact with key stakeholders including client and building management
- Incident report writing
- Certificate II in Security Operations & WA security license
- First Aid certificate
- Weighbridge experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full WA Driver’s License
