Maintenance Plan Advisor

• Develop and manage maintenance plans that ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency.
• Analyse and interpret data to inform short and long-term maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders, providing clear guidance and practical advice.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in processes, implementing continuous improvements.
• Undertake regular travel, including week-on/week-off arrangements, with a base in Brisbane.

• Strong background in building maintenance processes and asset management systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related business systems.
• Ability to analyse data and apply logical reasoning to balance competing priorities.
• Valid Blue Card and ability to obtain a criminal history check (mandatory).
• Previous experience in school or building maintenance highly regarded.

• AO6 level contract, Brisbane-based with regular travel requirements.
• Week-on/week-off regional travel arrangement.
