
FS APAC Finance Systems Support Analyst

- Provide day-to-day support for finance systems
- Act as first-line support for user queries and technical issues
- Maintain system configurations, master data and centrally managed tables
- Ensure data integrity and monitor daily system runs, interfaces and reconciliations
- Analyse and resolve issues in dealer portals, transit accounts and legacy systems
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Generate and support financial reports, dashboards and audit data
- Provide documentation for internal/external audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Align systems with accounting policies, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Identify system gaps and propose enhancements in collaboration with ICT
- Document and validate business requirements for changes and upgrades
- Coordinate system testing and share solutions with users post-implementation
- Participate in finance projects, data migrations and process automation
- Work with finance, operations and IT teams to improve productivity and accuracy
- Maintain user access controls and support segregation of duties reviews
- Document workflows and create training materials for end-users
- Deliver awareness sessions and ongoing user support
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a finance systems support or similar role
- Hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, FIS AF
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Qlik, Excel) and knowledge of financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP) are highly desirable
- Understanding of financial compliance standards and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical mindset
