
Desktop Support Engineer

- Raise and process shipping consignments using COPE and StarTrack portals.
- Pack outbound shipments and receive inbound ICT consignments.
- Image and configure new laptops, desktops, and high-spec devices for deployment.
- Resolve ICT service requests and incidents logged in ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated experience in imaging and configuring ICT hardware including laptops, desktops, and high-spec devices
- Proficiency with ICT asset management systems, particularly ServiceNow, for tracking, updating, and resolving service requests and incidents
- Understanding of warranty processes and ability to initiate claims with vendors such as Dell and HP.
- Knowledge of ICT asset lifecycle management, including SIM card verification, drive wiping, and updating retirement status.
