Lead the design and delivery of high-impact learning programs for Education professionals
Collaborate with thought leaders and build trusted networks.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in learning design.
Contribute to ISV's strategic direction and member value proposition.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Head of Professional Learning should have:

Deep expertise in professional learning theory and practice.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related field.
Proven experience in strategic program design and delivery.
Outstanding facilitation and coaching skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to innovation and equity.
