- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) – required
- Experience in Aged Care or a similar role – required
- First Aid Certificate – desirable
- Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work at least one full shift pattern
