- End-to-end sales cycle ownership - From cold outreach to discovery calls, demos, and closing deals.
- Building a scalable outbound strategy - Experimenting with different sales approaches, tracking results, and refining tactics.
- Collaboration across teams - Working with marketing, onboarding, and customer success to create a seamless customer journey.
- Driving results in a fast-moving environment - Setting the benchmark for outbound sales at Rezdy.
- Proven outbound sales experience - You’ve worked in a proactive sales role, ideally in SaaS, software, or the travel/tourism industry.
- Strong sales acumen - You understand the outbound motion, know how to manage a pipeline, and can talk metrics.
- Hunter mentality - You’re proactive, thrive on generating leads, and love closing deals.
- Start-up/scale-up mindset - You’re comfortable with ambiguity, know how to adapt, and want to be part of building something from scratch.
- Resilience and adaptability - You understand that outbound sales aren’t always straightforward, and you’re ready to test, refine, and improve.
- Building and maintaining a strong outbound pipeline - You’re identifying and converting high-quality leads.
