The ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about their team, achieving results, excelling in store standards and passionate about exceeding customer expectations. You will need to have previous experience in a fresh food environment and be a passionate foodie to be considered.The Role:
  • Lead and motivate a team size of 50+
  • Strong team player with a 'can do' approach
  • Full accountability of profitability and results
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build upon the store culture of customer engagement
What you will Have:
  • 3+yrs experience in a supermarket environment
  • Motivational leader, coach and mentor
  • Strong business acumen, kipi driven and results focused
  • Customer first approach
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
