Polyaire Pty Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our headquarters are located in SA, with 27 branches across Australia.Our Wagga branch is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable team member to join us in the role of internal counter sales and sales administration. This position will suit a self-motivated, 'hands on" individual who enjoys performing a variety of duties and tasks and working as a key member of the team.Your daily activities will involve:

Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers and trades
Answering and processing of telephone enquiries and orders
Administration procedures to support sales processing including processing customer sales orders and credit returns
Coordination of daily deliveries
Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
Can do attitude.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with MS Office Applications.
A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships.
