Your New Company:Join a global healthcare leader that is committed to enriching the lives of patients worldwide through providing adequate and comprehensive nutrition for pediatric, adult and patients with compromised nutrition as a result of metabolic illnesses.About the Role:We are currently seeking experienced and strategic National Account Managers in Sydney or Melbourne who are passionate about nutrition and delivering industry leading products through liaising and developing strong relationships with leading Pharmacy Banner Groups, Wholesalers and key account retail partners.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive market growth of nutritional products through the development of strategic partnerships with key pharmacy banner groups, wholesalers and retailer partners
  • Build and nurture sustainable business partnerships with key accounts and grow the portfolio by boosting brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Develop and execute retailer and wholesaler promotional plans with key customers and accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding and strong relationships with executive level key account stakeholders and develop a high end strategy to involve concise engagement plans
  • Continually work and strive for customer loyalty and confidence in the branded nutritional products
  • Be responsible for account growth YoY and managing key relationships to increase market share
  • Provide expert guidance and insight into account management on a national level
  • Drive portfolio growth through key wholesale and retail partners through the pacific islands
Your Skills & Attributes
  • Tertiary qualification ideally in Business or related field
  • Previous and proven track record of sales experience within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Experience working strategically with wholesalers, banners and distributors
  • Experience liaising with Retail teams, Regional sales managers and driving retail team KPIs and business objectives
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel interstate
