Fulltime position, Monday – Friday morning shifts.

You'll work quickly and accurately to meet customer needs and ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.This is a fulltime position based at The Market Kitchen in The Alfred Hospital. This role will require availability between Monday - Friday from 6am to 2pm.You will also be responsible for:

Preparing sandwiches, wraps, and other items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensuring all food is prepared and handled in line with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked food preparation area.
Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
Working as part of a team to meet daily service targets and standards.
Following all WHSmith policies and procedures.

About You

Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role .
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
