MRAEL are currently seeking expressions of interest from passionate and eager individuals who are keen to commence a Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship.This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of food preperation. This qualification provides the skills and knowledge to be competent as a chef! Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings such as; restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs and cafes.An Apprenticeship is a great opportunity to gain quality hands on industry experience whilst working towards your Nationallly Recognised Qualification.Requirements:

Must be an Australian citizen/resident
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Ability to follow directions and a willingness to learn
Genuine interest on cooking
