Your New RoleStep into your new role as a Warehouse Coordinator, supporting a global Environmental Consultancy firm at their Warehouse located in Artarmon. As a key member of the team, you'll be essential in managing the warehouse and ensuring smooth operations for labs and storage facilities across Australia.NOTE: This role is part-time (2-3 days per week, 8am - 4pm)Key ResponsibilitiesPremises Management: Maintain and manage warehouse space , coordinate maintenance and repair projects , and report on all preventative and reactive maintenance.Logistics & Procurement: Provide support for the shipping, receiving, and storage of samples. You will also handle requests for equipment and supplies.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards , assist with HSE audits , and help maintain safety equipment.Security: Administer and maintain a register of access passes and report any security issues.Administration & Finance: Raise requests and code invoices , and assist in managing suppliers.About YouPrevious experiencing in Warehousing or Facilities CoordinationYou can work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment.You have a proactive, adaptable, and approachable demeanor with a "can-do" attitude.You are an excellent communicator who can build and develop strong working relationships with staff and suppliers.You are highly organised and can prioritise your workload to complete tasks in a timely manner.Sound Like You?
