This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of the entire dental equipment sales process across a market-leading portfolio. You will drive revenue, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand.Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end equipment sales process, achieving sales results in line with strategic objectives.
- Hold budget and EBIT accountability, while implementing effective sales and marketing plans.
- Lead and manage a national dental sales team, with a mixture of direct and indirect reports.
- Analyse market trends, sales results, competitor activity, and promotional initiatives to drive growth.
- Support forecasting, database segmentation, exhibitions, and trade show activities to maximise market impact.
- 3+ years' experience in a sales management role, with proven success in meeting and exceeding team sales targets.
- Dental sector experience is highly preferred, but Medical Device sales leadership will also be considered.
- Natural leadership skills with a “can do” attitude.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
