- Engineering qualifications with significant experience in civil infrastructure project delivery.
- Water industry experience is preferable
- Project Management certification and RPEQ (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented contracting environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning, and budgeting skills.
