About Our ClientOur client is large financial accountancy firm based in Brisbane, with a great reputation for employee welfare.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing first & second level IT support for end users & internal staff
  • Day-to-day Service Desk Operations
  • Onboarding & Offboarding accounts through Active Directory & Microsoft 365
  • Asset Inventory updates
  • Imaging of end user devices through Microsoft Autopilot & Intune (MDM)
  • Assist with new technology training for staff
  • Desk setups including network cabling
  • Knowledge base article updates
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the following characteristics & experience:
  • Expertise within the Microsoft 365 E5 stack, particularly Intune, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange & SharePoint
  • Experience working within an ITSM
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills & proven customer engagement
  • Ability to work well within a broader team office environment
  • Basic understanding of IP networking
