We're seeking a dedicated Communications Manager / Comms & Change Lead to drive our strategic marketing plans, ensuring successful product adoption, and collaborating across teams to meet our business goals.Role Highlights:The Comms & Change Lead will support and co-ordinate development of processes to support teams, maintenance of the knowledge repositories, and maintenance of the guides and templates where required.Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Senior managers as Secretariat
Schedule and coordinate regular communications from Dropbox
Coordinate, develop and support the creation of presentation packs, including for exec presentation
Drive efficiencies by standardising, simplifying or automating, practices or processes
Raise and escalate issues including bottlenecks or Continuous improvement opportunities as appropriate.
Support of the Governance checks and the related analysis and reporting of these.
Coordinate and contribute to the periodic compilation and review of key governance KPI reports.
Day-to-day management of the repository.
Supporting the production of reports as required.
