Chandler Macleod are excited to be recruiting for an Australian & NZ manufacturer in the construction space.As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for communicating with customers for all their requests, ranging from order requests to courier tracking; you will truly be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience! This is a permanent position based in Wetherill Park, NSW.In this role, you will be responsible for

Responding to a mix of up to 50 calls and emails daily.
Create long lasting customer relationships.
Utilise product knowledge to assist with trouble shooting.
Escalate any issues where required.
Tracking all communication

From the point of order placement you will be in touch with customers to ensure a seamless experience; even after the purchase has been complete.About you

3 years experience in a customer support or service role
Clear verbal communication skills
Excellent written communication
An enthusiastic and motivated individual

You will be required Monday to Friday for eight hour shifts between the hours of 7am to 6pm.
