
Customer Service Officer

- Full-time
- Responding to a mix of up to 50 calls and emails daily.
- Create long lasting customer relationships.
- Utilise product knowledge to assist with trouble shooting.
- Escalate any issues where required.
- Tracking all communication
- 3 years experience in a customer support or service role
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication
- An enthusiastic and motivated individual
