Full-Time | Immediate Start AvailableMarble have teamed up with a industry leader who are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join their team, working across a range of commercial & industrial sites in Melbourne. This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and reliable service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, including cool rooms, freezer rooms, display units, and under-bench fridgesPerform fault finding, repairs, and routine maintenanceWork independently on scheduled service runs and emergency breakdownsEnsure compliance with ARC, OH&S, and client site standardsMaintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and team leadsRequirementsCertificate III in Air Conditioning and RefrigerationCurrent ARCtick Licence * Restricted Electrical LicenceCurrent Driver's Licence and White CardProven experience in commercial refrigerationStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work autonomously with good time management and communicationWhat's on Offer$50-$55 per hour + super (depending on experience)Fully maintained company vehicle and fuel cardOvertime available with penalty ratesStable, full-time employment with long-term client contractsSupportive work environment and experienced leadership teamAll tools, uniform, and phone allowance providedIn the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
