- Create and maintain a network of contacts, providing local wellbeing and support services
- Assist current and future members with queries, protecting privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Organise regular small social events, alongside quarterly and annual flagship events
- Co-ordination of volunteers to visit members and their families and to provide assistance
- Developing procedures and protocols for the role in conjunction with the CEO and board
- Well-developed time management, organisational, and administration skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, and familiar with updating and maintaining CRM information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to quickly build rapport
- Confidence to work autonomously and with limited direction, with capability to problem solve
- Ability to act in a highly professional and honourable manner aligned with organisational code of ethics
