A workplace that values your needs and allows you to be the best version of yourself.Day to day, you will be supporting our North-West Coast Business Advisory team which includes Partners, Managers, Accountants, and the Client Services team. You will be responsible for ensuring all work passes through our workflow management system from start to finish. Occasional travel between Burnie, Devonport and Smithton may be required but you will predominately be based in one of these three offices.What will your typical week look like?

Key liaison between Advisor Support, Advisory Services and Client Services
Monitor workflow and capacity of all staff
Maintain our workflow management database
Job allocations
Drive group KPI's to ensure turnaround and productivity targets are achieved
Prepare and circulate weekly reporting
Chair a variety of weekly meetings
Assist with prioritisation of work
Communicate with clients and assisting with their queries
Liaise and manage cross office work-sharing
