About This OpportunityWe are seeking Production Operators for permanent employment opportunities at our QCoal Northern Hub Project located in Collinsville.As part of Thiess's team, you'll play a crucial role in:

Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximise productivity.
Adhering to Thiess' safety standards and operational procedures.

Benefits

Opportunity to earn up to $130,395.00 plus super + $10,000 Retention Payment (paid in 52 weekly payments) + Market payments up to $15,000 to be applied - role dependant
Attendance allowance - $250 per fortnight
BIBO from Townsville
Camp accommodation close to mine site - 10 minutes down the road
Even time roster of 7/7 rotating days/nights- 12hr shifts

Experience operating at least one production mining equipment on a mine site (Rear Dump Truck, Dozer, Grader or Excavator)
Verified machinery skills list (Signed Training Transcripts)
A proactive attitude with the desire to work reliably as part of a team
Current Standard 11 and current drivers licence
A commitment to a positive safety culture
