- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years road design experience
- Understanding of Austroads and TMR standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Produce road designs in 12d and Civil 3D
- Manage design delivery and deadlines
- Mentor and support junior designers
- Review drawings and ensure compliance
- Liaise with clients, councils, and authorities
