You'll conduct internal audits, document findings, and drive corrective actions to uphold site standards. Additionally, you'll deliver training sessions, toolbox talks, and informal coaching to build quality awareness across teams. You'll also support record-keeping and compliance reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through involvement in QA and site-wide projects.About YouOur ideal candidate will be a confident and collaborative quality professional with a strong technical background and a passion for food safety. You will thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being a visible, approachable presence on the production floor.You'll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
- 3-4 years' experience in a QA role within food manufacturing or a regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems
- Skills in auditing, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
- A decisive mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills
- A valid Driver's License
