Immediate Start | Ongoing OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter for a long-term role with our client based in Welshpool.What You'll Be Doing:
- Applying 2-pack polyurethane paint to industrial components.
- Operating spray guns, blast pots, and related machinery.
- Preparing surfaces - cleaning, sanding, masking, and filling where required.
- Following safety procedures and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with industrial spray painting - trade qualification desiable.
- A strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and the application of industrial coatings
- Current Manual Car Drivers License.
- High standard of technical skills relevant to the trade.
- Ability to be read and understand engineering drawings.
- Team player, able to interface positively with all team members with a strong customer service attitude.
- Ability to plan work effectively and efficiently with a minimum of supervision and set priorities for own
- High level of physical fitness to perform the job requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining high attention
- $60.33/hour + penalties
