The successful candidate will be looking to progress in their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters including:
  • Estate planning
  • Business succession matters and deeds of family arrangements
  • Management and administration of deceased estates
About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:
  • A Bachelor of Laws or equivalent and a current New South Wales practising certificate
  • 1-3 years 'post qualification experience in the relevant practice area
  • A strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
  • A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work to tight deadlines
  • A high degree of initiative, dedication, and organisation
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels and effectively work in a team
  • Practical and client focused problem-solving skills
  • A strong, plain language communication style.
