
POS Supervisor - Carousel

- Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to every customer, every time
- Processing sales including refunds and exchanges as the lead POS operator
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries via phone
- Ensure compliance to all transactions and cash handling procedures
- Support the management team by training & coaching POS team on process and customer service delivery
- Support the store management team to achieve sales budget and targets.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within retail or like industry
- You are passionate about creating an amazing service experience for our customers
- Cash-handling and tender management experience preferred
- Ability to make decisions and work well in a fast-paced environment
- You have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively and professionally
- You have excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
