Tecside is currently recruiting experienced Mobile Plant Operators for a rious small, high-performing gold mine sites in the Goldfields. These are ongoing FIFO roles on a 2:1 roster with excellent pay, paid travel, and a potential for permanent employment.💰 Pay Rates
  • Excavator Operators – $70-$71/hr
  • All Round Operators – $60-$65/hr
  • Dump Truck Operators – $50-$55/hr
  • 12-13 hour days on site
🔄 Roster & Details
  • FIFO from Perth
  • 2:1 Roster – 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off
  • Small close knit team, great site culture and camp facilities
  • Long-term opportunity with temp-to-perm potential
🛠️ Required ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ gold production experience in mining on:
  • Excavators – Komatsu PC1250, Hitachi 1200
  • Dozers – D10
  • Loaders – CAT Wheel Loader
  • Dump Trucks – CAT 777, Komatsu 785
  • Water Carts – Moxy
✅ Mandatory Requirements
  • Current Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
  • Able to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical + LABDAS
  • Proven experience in a production environment
