- Diverse projects: from behaviour change, communications evaluation, brand equity and segmentation, through to CX, choice modelling and cultural trend monitoring.
- Clients that matter: you’ll work across Federal and State Government departments, alongside big names in banking, energy, retail, insurance, and beyond.
- All customised, all strategic: mostly ad hoc studies with plenty of big-picture thinking, plus the occasional tracker for depth and continuity.
- Collaboration at its best: a rare blend of qualitative and quantitative researchers, supported by a strong internal data ops team.

- 3-4 years’ experience in research/insights (agency or client-side).
- A blend of quant and/or qual experience, or the curiosity to stretch into both.
- Strong client management and consulting skills and the ability to distil complexity into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Someone who’s as excited by shaping social policy as they are by tackling big commercial challenges.
