- Provide broad administrative support across the business
- Process timesheets and manage equipment hire logs
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
- Manage bookings for travel and accommodation
- Oversee general office administration, including consumables and record keeping
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Provide support to project teams and escalate queries as required
- Strong background in administration, coordination, or operational support
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
- Highly organised, accurate, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to grow with the role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
- Previous experience in the construction, energy, or infrastructure sector will be highly regarded
- Immediate start available
