
Investor Relations Analyst

- Play a key role in maintaining investor confidence and strengthening REA’s reputation in the investment community
- Permanent role based in Melbourne
- Develop and deliver compelling quarterly earnings materials, including ASX announcements and investor presentations
- Partner with Finance, Corporate Affairs, SLT and other senior leaders to create unified and powerful messaging for the investment community
- Equip the executive team with insightful Q&A briefings to ensure they lead investor calls and roadshows with confidence
- Analyse and translate analyst consensus forecasts against internal projections, providing critical insights to the business
- Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and benchmarking analysis
- Act as a key point of contact for investors and analysts, providing timely and consistent responses to build trust, rapport and relationships
- Deliver sharp analysis of share price movements, trading activity, and market sentiment to senior management
- Provide crucial feedback to leadership on investor perceptions and competitor activity, helping to shape strategic decisions
- Play a vital role in the seamless execution of investor meetings, roadshows, and conference presentations
- Champion best practice in investor relations, staying ahead of regulatory changes and continuous disclosure obligations
- Contribute to the overarching IR strategy, helping to strengthen REA's reputation in the market
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field; postgraduate qualification a plus
- Experience in finance, investment banking, equity research, financial communications, or investor relations; IR experience desirable
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and corporate finance skills
- Superior written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear, accurate, and compelling messaging
- Attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite, analysts, and institutional investors
- Ability to build strong relationships with and have expertise at engaging senior internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of ASX-listed company reporting, continuous disclosure rules, and corporate governance
- Ability to travel interstate or internationally for meetings and conferences as needed
