We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new $30M food processing project which is an Industrial build. This project is located at Mount Cotton.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Develop and implement the site construction program.
- Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Supervise and mentor site teams, including subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial/Industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in the use of construction software (e.g., scheduling, project management).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
