About us:Join our team as the Service Manager- Home Care and Supported Living at Immanuel Gardens in Buderim.Part of Lutheran Services, our Home Care team is dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients, ensuring they receive the utmost care, respect, and support, and the ability to stay in their own homes for longer.About the role:As the Service Manager for our Home Care and Supported Living, you will play a critical role in ensuring positive outcomes for our in-home and centre-based services.Key responsibilities:

Leading and supporting a multi-disciplinary team across scheduling and productivity
Seeking regular feedback and supporting continuous improvement
Monitoring quality and compliance in line with Commonwealth and other funding sources

About you:Your passion for promoting independence in and exceptional care for older people, and experience in a similar role as well as skill with building relationships at all levels will be critical for success in this role.What we can offer:
